    As completion of your degree you are eligible for bank exam.

    Eligibility for bank exams:

    -You have to pass your degree with 50% of marks in any recognized university.
    -Your age should in between 21- 30 years.

    If fulfill those qualifications,you are eligible for bank exams.

    Ya you are eligible for bank tests. The educational qualification is graduation in any stream from any recognized university. Age limit is 21 to 30years. Then apply ibps exams. It conducts every year. The exam pattern contains aptitude, gd and interview. Prepare well. All the best

    Surely you can apply for Bank exams by completing your UG degree through Distance....

    You can prepare for bank exams by studying some books :

    Hi Friend,
    As per all the criteria from the banks regarding opportunities for PO post any graduate can apply for the test.
    Also the candidate the qualification should be from a recognised institute.
    So even you have studied through distance education you can apply for the test.
    You will be eligible for the test only if you fulfill age criteria too.
    1.Your age should not be over 30 years incase you apply to a nationalised bank. Incase you plan to apply to private banks then your age should not be over 25 years.
    2. For clerical post the age limit is 28 years.

    Dear friend

    if your college is recognized and u have secure atleast 55% marks in your graduation and your age between 18 to 28 than you will be eligibile for many bank exams.
    this not matter that your degree is regular or correspondence.
    so just search various bank exams and give them.

    Yeah you will be eligible for the Bank exam ,if you finish your graduation in any degree in the respected university

    Bank exam is conducted by many banks and this exam may include Bank PO and Bank clerk.

    These two exam are conducted for the post of probationary officer and Bank clerk.

    For getting this post you need to write these exam and pass so that you will be selected for the post in the respected bank in which you are applying.

    There are many banks throughout India which is conducting the Bank exam and for writing this exam there are certain eligibility criteria which you must possess and they may include such as:

    For Bank PO:

    > Candidate must be a citizen of India.

    > Candidate must have a age limit of 21-30 years

    > Candidate must have a degree from a recognized university with 60% aggregate and this will differ between banks.

    > Candidate should know about computers and should know to work on MS Office.

    For Bank Clerk:

    > Candidate must be a citizen of India.

    > Candidate must have a age limit of 18-28 years

    > Candidate appearing for this exam must have finished +2 from a recognized board with a fair percentage.

    If you tend all the above criteria's for the exam then you can apply for the Bank exam i.e Bank PO and Bank Clerk.

    Dear guest,

    You are eligible only when you are finished your graduation from a Recognized University of India..
    No matter how you studies let it be from distance education or regularly, if your university is recognized by India then you are Eligible.......


    So,please first check out your university is recognized or not.....

    So many banks conduct different pattern of exams for every few months.....

    One of the most sophisticated exam for bank posts in IBPS(Institute of Banking Perssonel Selection)

    IBPS conducts a Common Written Exam(CWE) every year to recruit
    Probessionary Officers(PO's)
    Clerks and
    Management Trainees.....

    Eligibility for IBPS is as follows::::


    ->You must pass final year degree,which is recognized by government of India...
    ->You should be a citizen of India.
    ->Your age must be between 20-30 years for general candidates
    - For SC/ST Candidates it is 5 years relaxation
    - For BC category students relaxation set as 3 years.
    -for the PH candidates 10 years and ex-service-men 5years.

    IBPS Pattern and Syllabus::

    ->IBPS will organize a Common written examination(CWE) comprising Objective and Descriptive papers.
    ->Objective section carries 225 marks and should be completed in 150 minutes(11/2 hrs).
    ->The 250 questions in this section will include::
    - Verbal/Numeric Reasoning
    - General English
    - Questions related to Banking/Insurance/Investment sector,vomputers and typical quantitative aptitude.
    ->The Descriptive section (60 minute) will analyze the English writing caliber of the candidate, and it carries 25 marks.


    As the Submission of this IBPS has already over and the exam is on 18th Sept'11...
    So you clear your backlog by then, and apply next year.....

    You can also apply for Bank clerks exam which has the following details:::

    Online application registration: August 25 Sep 24, 2011.
    IBPS CWE (Common written Examination) test: November 27, 2011.

    You have this only oppurtunity right now, so please apply soon or else you should have to wait for next term...

    Eligibility for Clerk posts::::

    ->Your age should be between 18-28 years.
    ->You must me a citizen of India.
    ->You should have min.60% in tenth or
    min.60% in your Inter or pass in degree from any recognized University of India.

    # Application Fee is Rs.50/- for SC/ST and for others it is 350/-
    # And this payment can be done in Offline or Online...
    #You must download the call letter and Information Handout from IBPS website after 11th November est Pattern:2011.It wont be sent through the post.

    and i also complted my inter at the same year
    am i eligible for bank po's

    my dought is my degree is distance mode
    and my inter, and 10th classes are regular
