I am Rajesh Kumar. You got marks 54% in 12th exam and you will applied for B. Sc in Delhi university. you can applied for that. But the admition taking in B. Sc depends upon the Cut-off list and this depends:
1.Your 12th marks,
2.Your category such as ST/SC, OB C ,General
3.Numbers of application etc.
The cut Off vary year to year.

You are eligible for that course in any colleges across the India my dear friend but I as your 12th percentage is not so good so you may not get admission in Delhi University.But there is a little hope as the required percentage is vary year to year.
