B.arch is a very good field about Arch. for this a candidate must be from PCM if not than it will be quite difficult for candidate in understanding.
if any student want to this course than he/she can give the entrance exam like IIT AIEEE for this course. and can get admission an collage.
for applying this course a candidate can apply after 12. or he/she can apply when are in 12 also.
but now you can not apply for this course because this year's entrance exams are over so you can apply it for next year.this website can help you more about BE/B.arch course-www.aieee.nic.in
    Thanks

Sorry as your marks are not above 60% so you are not eligible for Entrances like IIT-JEE or AIEEE.
So try to find other course other then B-Tech or B-Arch.
You can try for BCA or BBA which are also good courses.

The admission to B.Arch is based on entrance test.
However, the eligibility criteria regarding 12th result is not same in all the colleges.
But,if you have above 50% in your 12th,you can appear in many entrance tests like AIEEE.
    So,check out the relative websites.
    Best of luck.

    Hello

To get into B-Arch you can apply for AIEEE, NATA. The Minimum Percentage to get into B-Arch is 50% from PCM as your Subject in 10+2.

If You Crack a Good rank in AIEEE then you can get a good college. To Get into NATA the Admission Fees is about Rs.800/- . For IIT you are not eligible because you haven't completed your 12th with Maths.
