Yes surely you are eligible for NET exam.Eligiblity required is that a candidate must be postgraduate in any course from a recognized university.As you had done postgraduation so you are eligible for NET exam.

Yes ofcourse why not. The eligibility criterian For appearing in NET says that you should have master degree form a recognized university with atleast 60% marks. So go to theofficial website download the application form and fill it when there is any notification for the exam. But remember you have to word hard since you have computer application so more expectations are done from these types of courses.
