    Am I eligible to apply for IPCC exam after completing M.Com with first class and article ship of Chartered Accountants on 31st Jan 1983? Is it compulsory to clear CPT? Can I get any exemption from completing article ship?

    Hi,

    I want to appear for IPCC examination.i have completed my M.Com sudies with first Class and also completed my article ship of chartered accountants of India on 31st Jan 1983.So whether i will have to clear CPT first or i can directly go for IPCC?whether i will be given exemption frm completing article ship?

    Please let me know ASAP.

    Yes you can apply for IPCC after completing your M.Com.

    To apply for IPCC you have to either Qualified CPT or should have completed your gardaution with 60%.

    IPCC with out appear for CPT:-

    For this you need to have completed your Garduation.

    Your need to have minimum of 60% in your Graduation.

    If your from a Commerce back ground then you need to have 55%.

    There is NO age criteria for CA course .
