Any candidate who has completed graduation can apply for the civil service exam. But it is a must that the same should be from a recognised institute. So if you have pursued the same from a recognised institute you will be eligible for this exam. Other than this you need to satisfy the age criteria too. Your age should not be over 30 years and should not be less than 21 years. If you satisfy this criteria you must start preparation early. You must first understand the structure of these exams and prepare accordingly.
