Like any other entrance exam there are some eligibility criteria that need to be satisfied. This includes education qualification, age etc. For this test is a must that the candidate should be a 12th pass out. Even those who are awaiting results can appear. The same should be from a recognised institute. The same can be done as a regular student or privately. So since you plan to do the the same from CBSE board you will be eligible. However you need to satisfy the age criteria too. Normally the age limit specified is 21 years. So if you satisfy this criteria too then you will be eligible for the same.

    Dear aspirant,

--> Yes, you will be eligible for AIEEE exam next year, if you are going to appear again in this exam only if you have not appeared for two times earlier in AIEEE Exam.

--> AIEEE Exam gives only three consecutive chances to their candidates for qualifying this exam.

--> However, from now on-wards AIEEE Exam will not be conducted.

--> JEE Mains Exam will be conducted in place of AIEEE Exam.

--> JEE Mains Exam for year 2013 will be conducted on 7 April 2013.

--> For more information, you can visit its official Site: jeemain-edu.in

--> JEE Mains exam will also give three consecutive chances to candidates for qualifying exam.

--> You must also secure good marks in XII, if you were failed this time.

--> Because, your AIR of JEE Mains exam will be prepared by including 40% marks of your XII Board Marks.

--> So, your Board Marks will play a vital role in preparing your AIR for JEE Mains Exam.
