    HI for example if you are applying for DU then your minimum % should be 50(for general) and 45% for reserved category.

    Yes you are.
    There is no such % criteria for
    ICW inter admission .. even if u
    have acheived 40% in b.com.. u
    can still get direct admission to
    CWA..no probs

    mostly 40 to 45 percentage is eligible for the llb.and its also depend on the company or goverment

    Yes you are eligible for llb course.any graduate scoring 40% can go for it.For b.com,B.A,B Sc, they have to undergo 3 years course.one can do llb after 10+2,but he have to go for 5 years to complete llb

    in LLB marks of12 class marks matter not graduation marks if u want to do LLB from any university it depends upon that university selection procedure there are lots of university i can give u a example of i.p university Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject.

    And if u want to do LL.M then LL.B. Degree as required by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an advocate or an equivalent law degree from a foreign university, in either case with not less than 50% marks.

    1.Delhi University Faculty Of Law- Graduation / Post graduation with 50% marks
    2. Banaras Hindu University (Varanasi) - Graduation / Post graduation with 45% marks
    3. Government Law College, Mumbai- 45% for General Category and 40% for SC/ST category
    4. Balaji Law College, Pune - Graduation in any stream with min 45% marks
    5. ILS Law College, Pune University - Graduation in any stream with 45% marks for general category and 40% for SC/ST category
    if u are a candidate belonging to SC/ST category then you are eligible

    In LLB 12 class marks matter not graduation marks if u want to do LLB from any university , eligibility criteria depends upon the university you select, most of the universities require pass in 12th Class or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject.

    NO worries......you are definately eligible for LLB . the eligibility criteria is graduation in any stream from recognised university. U can even pursue for LLM after your LLB.

    The percentage criteria is different for different colleges.Generally,it is 40%-45%.I would suggest you check out the website of the college you want to get admission in.

    YAA.... YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR 3 YEARS L.L.B course..... cut off percentage varies from university to university.. ..... but most of university will accept your PERCENTAGE......

    Eligibility Criteria LLB
    The eligibility criteria for LLB is that one should have a B.A / BSc / B.com degree with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate and 35% for SC/ST candidates. There is also a 2% Weightage for the post graduate degree holders. For seeking admission in this law course the students have to give an entrance test and a personal interview

    for LLB entrance exam the minimum eligibility required is B.A,B,Sc or B.Com degree with minimum of 40%
    as your score is 42% you can apply for LLB entrance test and join in 3years LLB corse

    Dear friend,


    You have 2 options : Either you choose to study Law after 12 th wherein it will take you 5 yrs course which will conclude as an LLB grad.Or, you study for Law after any degree & it will take you 3 yrs to complete your LLB.So, logically speaking it is better to join after 12th ,as you save on a year's period. The minimum requiremnts in an average University /college is 45 % in 12 th.But if you plan to join NALSAR /NLSIU & other biggies in the filed then you will also be expected to give the Common Entrance Exam for Law which i think has begun in effect from this year onwards........

    Eligibility criteria for LLB course:

    1:you have to pass the Higher Secondary School/Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks in total and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PH

    2:you should not have compartment in any subject.

    3:you age may be maximum 20 years for General/OBC and 22 years for SC/ST/PH.

    4:if you are in qualifying examination of your degree,you can also appear provisionally.
