Re: Am I(BC Candidate) eligible for IBPS Exam if my age is 29?

Your eligibility will depend on the test that you plan to apply. IBPS conducts the test for both the clerical as well as probationary officer level. For the clerical level it is a must that the candidate should be a 10th pass out with 60%. If the candidate applying is a 12th pass out then a minimum of 55% in the same is a must. The minimum qualification to apply for the probationary officer level is graduation. The maximum age limit for the clerical level is 28 years and for the probationary officer level is 30 years. Three years relaxation in the same is provided to candidates from the BC caste. But the candidate should necessarily provide proof of the same.

Yes you are eligible to apply for the IBPS bank exams. Here you didnít mention your qualification if you have done only 12th class then you can only apply for IBPS clerk exam and whose last date in September. In you have completed graduation or post graduation then you can apply for the bank PO exams. This exam will be conducted two times in a year. Those candidates who pass these exams will get a score card and that card validity will be for one year. Here please note one thing that SBI bank is not participating in IBPS common written exams.
