    Please send me the all eligibility conditions for IPS and IAS exams, schedule for exams going to be held in 2011, how to apply for the exams and last year question paper.

    The dates have already been updated in the UPSC site. As per this you can purchase the form from 19th February. The same will be available in the post offices. Make sure that the application reaches the authorities by 21st March. Do not forget to keep a copy of the filled form for any issues later and check the form thoroughly for any wrong information entered by you. Any incorrect information means rejection of the application. You must start preparing for the exam right away the exam is scheduled to be held on 12th June which is a Sunday. You must keep yourself well informed about the general studies areas. Also prepare well in the optional subject. Solve as many papers as possible.

    IPS and IAS exams are carried out by the UPSC. This is done through the Civil service exam and is held every year. The basic eligibility to appear in this exam is to have a bachelor’s degree. Applicants can be from any field of study. The age of the candidate must be in between 21 – 30 years for the general categories. The reservation category candidate will be provided with age relaxation. In 2011 the exam will be held on 12.06.2011. The application forms are available in different post offices from February 19th onwards. You must ensure that the form reaches the authorities by 21st March.

    Dear,
    For appearing for the IAS/IPS exam you need to first give the CSAT exam conducted by the UPSC.
    The minimum educational qualification for giving the IAS/IPS exam is to be graduate.
    Age limitation is between 21-30 years and relaxation is for 5 years for SC/ST/OBC category.
    General categories have 4 attempts while SC/ST/OBC has 7 attempts.

    Any Indian citizen with graduate in any field from recognized university will eligible for appearing IPS and IAS exam,The age of the candidate must be in between 21 – 30 years for the general categories. The reservation category candidate will be provided with age relaxation.

    Eligibility for I.A.S and I.P.S :


    Both ias and ips exam is conducted by the upsc union public service commission in every year.

    You should be finished bachelor degree in any stream ie science or commerce or arts with 60% percentage of marks in recognized university .

    your age should be 21 to 30 years and the relaxation period is given to the sc/st candidates for 5 years and obc candidates for 3 years and 10 years for widows , handicapped and ex-service man.

    every candidates are eligible to write the attempt for 4 times and obc for 7times and there si no limit of fir the sc/st candidates .

    ips post the you should physically for ie eyes , weight , height , and you should take regular exercise

    ias post you should have knowledge in indian political and national movement , international movement etc ....

    Indian Administration Service exam is held once in a year, this exam is part of Civil service exam.

    This exam is conducted by UPSC (Union Public service commision).

    You need is to fullfill the following eligibility criteria for it:

    [COLOR="rgb(139, 0, 0)"]You should have completed the graduation with any stream from a recognized university.(There is no restriction of minimum marks).

    Your should not be less than 21 and more than 30 years for General category.(3 years relaxation for OBC candidates and 5 year for SC/ST).

    No. of attempts :

    You can only sit for IAS exam 4 times if you are from General category.

    (7 times if you are from OBC and unlimited times if you are SC/ST). [/COLOR]

    For IAS and IPS you have to appear in civil services exams.
    This exam is conducted by UPSC (union public service commision) for All India services in different posts in govt. sector.
    Eligibility:
    you must have graduation degree from a recognized university in any streams.
    Age limit:
    21 to 30 years.
    But there is age relaxation for some category.
    For OBC- 3 years
    For SC/ST - 5 years
    number of attempt for general is 4 times
    for OBC 7 times
    SC /ST unlimitted.
