no i dont think it is required if you know it from the beginning onwards with help of your relatives or some body else if you had taken before itself.so my opinion is it is better to take the the training for 6 months you may get used to it and find the various means inorder to achieve it .there also some training which is for 3 years and 15 days but it doesn't effect that much when compared to 6 years training

As per new syllabus rules are change..before practical training can be done after Final exam...but now

Student have practical experience of at least 1 year to get eligible for Final.

Practical training can any internship you can go under C.A or Cwa

Or any job experience like working as junior account in any firm or manufacturing unit.
